We have pioneered mechanisms to open up business opportunities for local small and meduium size enterprises through planning agreements and as part of major non-construction contracts. MTW’s team includes consultants who have managed the iCAM local procurement project in Camden & Islington, the recent CITB and LEP funded Building for Growth programme across 20 London boroughs as well as helping to deliver Supply Cross River 1 & 2 and the Supply Nine Elms central London business support programmes. We currently work for the City of London to assist developers and main contractors working on all major City developments to fulfil their local procurement obligations which are embedded in all major planning agreements

 

MTW has pioneered the use of public and private procurement as tools for economic development.
