The Round 2 Delivery Phase bid for the restoration and renovation of Brockwell Hall has been submitted to the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
MTW was part of a multi-disciplinary team managed by Lambeth Council which prepared the Development Phase Business Plan for this £6m project in Lambeth. We provided advice on the Governance of the project, undertook consultations and market research and prepared the business plan for Brockwell Hall and Stables which is due to be transformed into a sustainable weddings, events and community venue.
